Light bulb was an important invention. Without light, nothing could have been productive. Light bulbs were initially used just to give light to the households but over the time, light bulbs have become more than just a source of light. There are various applications of light today. We see light in automobiles, smartphones and even underwater. With diversifying applications, the light bulbs have also gone under a great transition. Today, LEDs (light emitting diodes) are in huge demand due to its unique characteristics. LEDs have replaced light bulbs in almost all the houses and has gained much popularity across the globe due to various reasons.

Firstly, LEDs consume very less amount of power as compared to traditional light bulbs and thus saves a lot on your electricity bills. Moreover, LEDs emit light in one direction and do not spread light like the traditional light bulbs. LEDs provide a bright and clear light. The LEDs therefore, has a very unique application – media façade. Media façade is basically an art created through the LEDs. Media façade is a combination of hundreds or even thousands of LEDs with different colours forming a specific pattern. The on off mechanism is so skilfully synchronised that it appears as a moving object.

One will definitely find media façade in the city of Las Vegas. The most important aspect is that it decorates the structure and moreover easily convey the message to the target market. Most of the corporations has also started using this at form for successful advertising. Therefore, there are so many companies that not only provide LED bulbs but also offer other lightening solutions like media façade. Hence, light has become a means of decoration and colouring any structure. This is almost impossible through traditional light bulbs due to their certain characteristics.
